The Grosvenor Hart Homes model is continuing to deliver positive change to many of our tenants.

Financial overview

We closed the year with £5.2m cash in hand, supporting us to grow our model.

Looking ahead

Our ambition remains to scale our impact across the North West, starting with 53 new social rent homes in Merseyside next year.

Over the next decade, we aim to:

  • Support 2,000 children
  • Create 750 homes
  • Deliver £100m in public savings

We will continue to work in partnership with local authorities, health, education, and voluntary sectors to grow our impact and demonstrate the replicability of our model.
