Our innovation work is focused on strategic business priorities and organised around two connected programmes, our Venture Investment and Future+.
Venture investment programme
Our venture investment programme invests in innovations that can deliver commercial, social and environmental value. It supports our portfolio, strengthens our customer offer and helps accelerate progress towards our sustainability and commercial goals.
Since 2022, we have invested in high-potential, early-stage businesses developing products and solutions that support a more successful, sustainable and digitised real estate industry. We focus on companies whose innovations can help us meet our own goals and scale across the wider sector. As both an investor in and client to these businesses, we can help speed up the development of solutions that reduce the built environment’s impact while improving the services we offer customers.
We primarily invest in businesses that are operating in the UK, or close to doing so, and are raising capital at late seed to Series A stage.
We also partner with venture capital funds to diversify our income and increase our exposure to a broader range of relevant companies and solutions. We currently work with noa and Taronga Ventures.
